Event Management
Our event management service is designed to offer a creative, personalized and supportive event planning service. You will work with Fran – an experienced event coordinator, from start to finish, and together create a bespoke party tailored to your requirements.
The service starts with a face-to-face meeting at a location of your choice where your party seeds are sown. From here, Fran will research, advise, and design the event you have in mind offering you choice and flexibility to suit your needs.
Fran has worked with Twizzle for over 10 years creating numerous memorable events including baby showers, milestone birthday celebrations, memorial gatherings, Christmas jollies, retirement parties, bespoke children’s events, christenings, and company launches.
No two events are ever the same and Fran believes it’s the personal touch that counts. Various planning packages are available however as each situation is different, prices are often tailored to suit. Please note prices are for planning & event management services only. All items ordered will be charged additionally.
Event Management Packages
The Full Twizzle!
This service offers customized design and execution of every detail of your event. Polli will partner with you to bring all aspects to life – from venue sourcing to just the right parting gift, no detail will be overlooked. As your personal party planner, Polli will attend all meetings, manage tastings and be on call to attend any related issue. This service includes RSVP management which is most useful when organising a surprise event. Also a popular choice for those with big vision and little time! If you require all of the above, but have your venue sorted and do not require RSVP management the charge is less.
Bespoke service
Perhaps you are looking to plan a smaller soiree? Enlisting help may seem a little excessive however gathering friends and family, however large or small can still be stressful. To ensure you not only enjoy the celebration itself but the planning process too, Polli can put a bespoke service together for you. Parties for children can not only be exhausting to attend but to plan too! With her many years of Twizzle experience, Polli is full of fresh and creative ideas to ensure the process runs smoothly and the end result enjoyed by all. Please note that this may not include on the day event management as this is not always necessary. If required, Polli will endeavour to make herself available. Alternatively, one of the trusted and experienced Twizzle team will be booked in for you. Pricing varies depending on the scale of the event and hours required.
Venues
Searching for that perfect venue can be frustrating and time consuming. If you simply require assistance with this element of your event Polli can do the legwork for you. As with all other packages, she will meet with you first to discuss your requirements. Based on this, a selection of available/suitable venues will be put forward to you and site visits arranged.
